Equality Objectives 2019 2020

  • By July 2020 to assess the impact of the Equalities Training provided to all staff in the academic year 2018 / 2019.  (Teaching Staff January 2019, Support Staff July 2019)

  • To train 16 students (Years 7 – 13) to act as Equalities Ambassadors, promoting awareness with an aim to reducing prejudice related micro aggressions

  • To provide, as necessary, one-to-one mentoring or learning support to SEND students by building capacity in our pupil support team

  • To address the dietary needs of a broader range of students and staff by introducing a full halal menu in the canteen alongside a non-halal and a vegetarian offer
