DEPUTY HEADTEACHER – CURRICULUM (DHC)

Salary: L20 – L24 (Outer London) | £83,427 - £91,602 per annum

Full-time, Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Woodford County High School for an exceptional leader to take on the role of Deputy Head Curriculum (DHC). As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will drive curriculum innovation, academic excellence, and staff development, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning.

We are looking for an inspirational and strategic leader who will:


Shape and develop an ambitious, broad, and balanced curriculum.
Oversee timetabling and manage key academic data to maximise student outcomes.
Lead and support staff development, performance management, and recruitment.
Champion student success, ensuring equity and opportunity for all learners.
Contribute to whole-school strategy, working closely with the Headteacher on key priorities.
