How to contribute to Woodford’s School Fund
Monthly gift aided donation
The most helpful form of financial support is a commitment to a regular gift-aided donation. An average donation of £120 per pupil per year (£10 each month), for example, would give us an annual School Fund income in excess of £100,000 which could then attract a rebate (under Gift Aid) of a further £25,000. A reliable School Fund income of this proportion would enable us not only to maintain our existing extra curricular offer, but also to make considerable improvements to the resources and the opportunities available. Regular giving – at any level – assists our longer term financial planning.
One-off donations
Single gifts are also, of course, much appreciated. If you sign a Gift Aid declaration, your gift benefits the school to the value of 125% of its cost to you.
How to make your payment
If you would like to make a regular contribution by standing order please complete the form below and return it to the school for the attention of School Accounts Assistant.
Parents who would like to make a single donation, please make your payment via ParentPay
Anyone else who would like to make a donation please make your cheque payable to Woodford County High School and send it to the school for the attention of Mrs J. Simister, School Accounts Assistant. If you are a U.K tax payer, please help us to make the most of your contributions by completing and returning the Gift Aid Declaration Form (see attachment below).

Parents of students currently in the school are encouraged to make their contribution on-line via ParentPay. Standing orders may also be used (see attachment below) and remember to also complete the Gift Aid Declaration Form if you are a UK tax payer.
Friends and Former Students
Contributors who are not current parents can set up a standing order (see attachment below) or write a cheque made payable to Woodford County High School. Please remember to also complete the Gift Aid Declaration Form if you are a UK tax payer.
