The Newsletter is published and circulated annually to all OGA members.  Our Editor Sue Dean will be delighted to receive your news, including photos (whether recent or of times past) before the April 30^th deadline each year.  Share news with her by email to newsletter.wchsoga@gmail.com (preferably as a Word document), or by post using the address in the Newsletter.  Remember to include your pictures, but please note, return of original photos sent by post cannot be guaranteed.

If you are unsure whether you are still a member, or know that your membership has lapsed, please re-join now using this link.  If you have just discovered us, use the same form, mark it as a new member, set up your payment method and return as indicated.  Importantly, let us have your subs – just £5 each year - preferably by Standing Order (bank details are on the form or available from Jan Williams at treasurer.wchsoga@gmail.com) to reduce the burden of bank charges for the OGA. 

For Old Girls who live abroad, we have been assured by our bank that our account can receive transfers from overseas bank accounts. If you need the IBAN and/or BIC in order to do this, please email Jan and ask. If bank charges mean it’s cheaper for you to pay in advance for several years in one transfer, that would be absolutely fine; please let us know this is your intention, again by emailing Jan.

Included with the Newsletter, members receive a renewal form for membership (if applicable), an invitation to the AGM, and an invitation to join the OGA tea.  Do look out for it. Every five years we host a larger, all-day gathering, and this year we will be celebrating the 105^th Birthday of the School – we hope to see many of you at this happy occasion!
