MUSIC CLASSROOM TUTOR
(Peripatetic / Unqualified teacher)

Salary: £4,883.40 - £7,190.40 actual salary  (£24,417 - £35,952 full-time equivalent) 

0.2FTE - Mondays

Unqualified Teacher pay range (Outer London)

Required for January 2025, or sooner if possible, a well-qualified, skilled and enthusiastic Musician to support KS3 / 4 Music lessons and activities on Mondays for the remainder of this academic year.. Experience of teaching or playing brass instruments is desirable but not essential.

Music is a focal part of school life at Woodford.  A diverse range of groups is sustained alongside choirs and our orchestra.  Enrichment in the subject is further enhanced by our proximity to central London.

In its recent Ofsted inspection, Quality of Education and Sixth Form Provision at Woodford were judged ‘outstanding’ (November 2022).  WCHS encourages a wide range of extra-curricular activities and we provide a friendly working environment and offer established programmes of teacher induction and CPD.
