CHAIRPERSON & TREASURER'S REPORT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING 31 JULY 2023

Below is the Chairperson and Treasurer’s report for the fiscal year ending 31 July 2023. Overall, total revenue of £20K was raised with net income (revenue less expenses) of £9771, compared to £3k in 2022 and £6k in 2021.

Funds raised in 2023 were mainly from the passive income earners, i.e. Jubilee Fund Donations, Bear Sales and Centenary Merchandise. The biggest earners for the PFA were the Theatre Tickets, Jubilee Fund, Disco and Movie Nights. Ice lolly sales, concerts and other events held at the school also brought in a significant amount. Parents are encouraged to come forward to the PFA and volunteer to support the running of these events as most of the parents, who previously ran these events, moved on when their daughters left the school.
